Mortgage Broker Rave

Hi Ladies,
I just wanted to send an update- im about to close on my house in less than 2 weeks and our mortgage broker has been nothing short of wonderful.

I found him on Lending tree and he hpapened to be one of the people that called me after I send in my request.

He answers emails in a flash and has kept all of his promises (no fees, no points and even was able to confirm our mortgage commitment 2 days after the appraisal- my attorney was even impressed!)

Anyway, if you want a solid person who does a wonderful, thorough job with excellent communication, go fo Ultra Mortgage- Ted Trump.

He did such a great job I just wanted to recommend him - you dont have to mention me or anything- I just think he deserves a job well done and hopefully some more business.

That is rare and I'm glad you found someone you like... my last two brokers were MIA after I sent in all my paperwork. Then it's only when they need more paperwork that they call back asking for more. And they don't give a crap that your rate lock is about to expire. :P

The one I'm currently using, Roundpoint Mortgage, isn't that much better even though his rate is great. His company deals with a title ins. agency that's on the expensive side and he doesn't really answer my questions and just tells me that the processor will address them whenever I ask. Hah!
