Christmas Menu?
Now that we have a bigger family of our own, we are planning to have Christmas at home.
Not sure how many other people might join, but I'd like to make it nice even if it's just us.
Please give me suggestions for dinner. I am not a fan of spiral ham, but I could do a small one or just a pork tenderloin.
I'd need something else though... either a pasta/lasagna or another meat?
Also any good side dish recipes?

Re: Christmas Menu?
That all sounds delicious!
LOL your first course sounds like my family's Thanksgiving 1st course. I love it, but I know if it's just us, we will never get to the 2nd, which also sounds really good!
Thanks for the ideas.
Hmm maybe a vegi lasagna then a beef main dish

Re: Christmas Menu?
ours (changes a little each year):
starters: antipaste shrimp coktail cheese/crackers
pasta: lasagna roll-ups meatballs, bracciola, sausage
dinner: prime rib mashed potatoes green veggie stuffed mushrooms homemade bread/rolls i know there is more, i can't think today!
dessert: changes every year, apple pie, always included!
Altho we love the pasta course, we have been taking it out some years cause everyone feels its too much food and they can't enjoy the prime rib!
