How do you handle cooking the side dishes that need to be done in the oven (like casseroles etc)
So the turkey will be in there for a few hours at whatever tempature it needs to be on- and it will take up most of the oven.
Then I have like 4-5 side dishes that need to be baked- all at different temps etc
Short of having multiple ovens, how do we work this?
Do you make your sides ahead of time and just reheat? I want to have a semblance of a meal where everything is hot and ready at once but I'm stumped!

mashed potatoes - I make them in the pot and leave the pot on the stove, then turn the flame on and mix them up to warm them.
I will probably make the brussel sprouts before I put the turkey in, then pop them in the over while the turkey is resting to warm (with anything else).
I try to make as many sides on the stove as I can! But if I had to put something in the oven with the turkey at the every end of its cooking time (gonna have a thermometer in it anyway!)
Take advantage of the 30 minutes or so that the turkey is resting!!!
