This is the craziest cycle...please help

So as I wrote last week I was supposed to have the endo biopsy last fri but AF came. So I went for CD3 bw to start clomid and they saw a big cyst and found it was producing estrogen so no Clomid.

AF was very light but I am still having some brown/pink blood near my cervix (Sorry TMI) and its CD8. So today I go for BW and sono to have the biopsy tomorrow. The NP found 2 big follicles on my right ovary and said I will prob O on my own this month.

Then I get a call later on that the biopsy is cancelled bc blood work showed that I may have ovulated already. WHAT?? I'm only on CD 8! Or at least I thought.

So of course theres been no , opk, or temping bc i thought I had AF.

WTH!!! Now my nipples are so tender and I feel like AF is coming....again??

Has this happened to anyone? I am so confused and so so frustrated. Sorry I'm rambling....any advice or input would be great.

I am going back tuesday for more bw and sono.

The only thing I can think of is that what you thought was AF was anovulatory bleeding and you somehow O'ed before. But even that doesnt make sense.
Did they tell you what your blood levels were?
It sounds crazy!

No they didn't say. I had a progesterone test done last thursday and it showed I had not ovulated. So it must have happened sometime in the last week?

I really don't know...of course I'm googling like a maniac and cant find anything.

Is it silly to call my doctor tomorrow to ask about this? The nurse explained it but I just can't make sense of it.

I don't know if its this is the same thing but, I had a cyst and I ended up getting my period on CD16. I never ovulated. My body was just screwed up cause of the cyst.
