very stupid turkey question
Is their a difference in cooking a regular turkey and a "young turkey"?
eta: that I have no experience with turkey (2 yrs ago I was planning to cook my first and chicken out last minute and cater it lol). I just bought my first and notice that it says young turkey in the packaging so I dont know if I should follow a different cooking method lol I know this is probably pretty dumb thing to ask

Young is just smaller, like under 15lbs I believe. It would def change your cooking time, opposed to cooking a 20lb bird. We prefer smaller bird as the are IMO less tough.
