If you go to acupuncture

do you have days where it makes you feel like absolute crap? This is the second week Ive been going to a new place after my mc and after both sessions, I'm practically bed bound and Im having horrible cramps (I think AF is coming soon). I have fibromyaligia and she's been treating that and my PCOS stuff. But I feel horrible. Part of me thinks its good, that it's working and part of me doesnt know how many more times I can suffer through this. I forgot to mention it to her today and afterwards I felt terrible again. I'll probably call her Monday to tell her but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to continue.
Any advice is appreciated.

I never felt physically crappy after acupuncture .. I'd def talk to her before doing it again!

And have they ever hurt when they put the needle in and they tell you "that means it's working". I've had 2 different acu's tell me that, so I trust that it's true. But today it hurt so bad for a minute or so then I felt warmth spreading all over my body. It was SO ODD!!

I've never felt crappy after acupuncture either, always calm & relaxed. The needles do hurt sometimes, but only for the first minute or so. I get the warmth thing too, though, that's how I know it's working
