Tea rave....
You always heard about red raspberry leaf tea helping fertility, well.... I've been drinking Sevenberry Sangria (iced) from Teavana and not only is it amazingly delicious, but I think its also been helpful.
I just thought I'd toss the idea out there.. Here is a link to the tea on the site . I get mine at ether Roosevelt Field or Walt Whitman.
(of course.. I can attribute anything positive I've seen lately to drugs, acupuncture, or overall happier frame of mind .. but I really do think the tea played a roll too) And no, I'm not pregnant yet
ETA: I wanted to add... suppose it's a load of bull and this really doesn't help fertility in any way shape or form.. it's still delicious so whatever .. I just w anted to toss the idea out there.. It's one of my new favorites! It's made from raspberries, cherries, grapes, and blueberries. They don't specifically advertise that it helps fertility, but since raspberry leaf tea is supposed to I figured this would be good too.

Re: Tea rave....
I'm not totally sure, I just know I always hear that raspberry leaf tea is supposed to support the reproductive system. This is made from raspberries... Also, my acupuncturist endorses eating read foods.. red berries.. etc.

Re: Tea rave....
I've read it's also supposed to help support your body if you have a threatened miscarriage, but I read some conflicting articles too (about helping expel the tissue with a missed miscarriage).

Re: Tea rave....
I don't want to worry anybody, but I was drinking raspberry leaf tea in the beginning of my current IVF cycle and when I mentioned it to a nurse at my dr's office, she told me to stop drinking it because it can cause contractions of the uterus and interfere with things. That's when I realized the cramping I was experiencing while on the BCP could possibly be from the tea. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but when I stopped drinking the tea, the cramps went away too. Maybe it depends on where you are in your cycle, but I would definitely check with your dr. before taking anything herbal at all. But I agree, it's DELICIOUS! Maybe it's meant to help ppl who are TTC naturally, I dunno.

Re: Tea rave....
I drink the Yogi brand of the Raspberry leaf tea normally when I'm waiting for / or trying to get AF. It's suppose to balance your hormones. I don't drink it otherwise.

Re: Tea rave....
Raspberry LEAF tea can help strength the uterus, but also help bring on labor at the end of pregnancy.
You can drink it TTC but are not supposed to while pregnant unless you're at the end.
Regular raspberry tea made from raspberries doesn't do this, it has to be brewed from the leaf. BUT raspberries are high in antioxidants so it can definitely help TTC by nourishing your body.
I love both the raspberry leaf tea and regular.
