Depends on size, condition, first floor v. second floor, any utilities included, etc. -- but on average, I'd say around $1200.
You could probably find a non-basement one bedroom for $1000 (maybe the top of a small cape) and a larger, updated apartment might go for as much as $1400-1500 in a private home.
