If you do COD oil
How do you have a service contract? Can anyone reccomend a company that does service contracts without oil deliveries.

Yes, you do.. I can tell you what to tell them (I get nothing for it).. it'll only cost you like $15/year for the service contract and you can elect to not get auto drops and just use whomever is cheapest

I've looked into HeatUSA, & they said that you have to buy oil from them at whatever the rate is at the time. Not true? How can they make $ if they just charge that low rate (they told me the rate is $25/yr).

They told me the same thing. That I would have to be on auto delivery and pay their market price. At the time I called their price was about 40 cents more than cod. The rep I spoke with told me if I was looking to get the cheapest price on oil this wasn't it. I'm doing cod for the time being.
