how up to date are the listings on LIF?

how up to date are the listings on LIF?
and are they taken off when the house is sold? I was looking at them and one of them said something about an open house in October - that must have been last october, right?

I just checked out some and it looks like the poster needs to update it. I know of one place that was sold, but it's still listed on there.
Then there's another that typed in sold.
It looks as though if the original poster doesn't remove it themselves or mark it sold...we have no clue.

I havent updated the house we are selling in New Hyde park - It is still for sale and the price is now $529k
