Feeling very negative today

Feeling very negative today
Today is 7dp3dt of my FET cycle. This past week I have been consistently VERY crampy and was sort of feeling hopeful that maybe this cycle worked. For some reason, as it's getting close to beta time, I am feeling like this didn't work. I am not feeling any other symptoms and am starting to lose hope. How do you keep a positive attitude?

I know it's so hard to keep up a positive attitude.. Mine has progressively gotten worse over the last few months  but you just have to remind yourself... you have no reason to believe this didn't work. The signs you're saying could be signs of it going either way. It's def so much easier to put stock in the negative but just try as hard as you can to distract yourself. You'll know the results of this cycle VERY soon. I honestly found that knowing the results, whether good or bad, was better than the unknown.

PLEASE don't lose HOPE!
I am also 7dpo today and have been analyzing every twinge or cramp I feel in my abdomen. Last night as I took off my bra my boobs were terribly sore and I got so excited as sick as that sounds. Then I laughed as I realized I had also been wearing my bra for well over 16 hours so that might have something to do with it. But I didn't get sad because although I feel like every 2WW is just one agonizing hour after another - at least we can be hopeful! I've learned to enjoy this time better than when AF rears her ugly head and I have a week full of pity followed by a week of what I feel is pointless waiting and just killing time reliving the agony.
So hope you continue to be s hopeful as I currently am. ( I think this might also have to do with the fact that I watched "The Secret" on netflix)
