Re: Pork Loin Roast

Rub the pork roast with a packet of onion soup mix, then put in a crockpot with 1 cup water for 4 hours on high (for a roast over 2 pounds add an hour for each extra pound).

Or you could also make pulled pork:

You can spriinkle with granulated garlic, pepper, salt and other spice, throw som quartered onions in the pan and a little water and make a roast... you will have drippings to make gravy too. all you need is the mashed potatoes!

Re: Pork Loin Roast

I put dijon, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme with a little olive oil into my mini prep and make a paste. Then I cut little slits all over the loin and rub the paste all over - making sure to get some into the slits. If you have time to let it marinate for a while with the wet rub.. do it. Then I roast it. Yum.
