Oh where, oh where have my little eggs gone?

I normally have 2 23-25mm follies on CD10, IUI CD11/12 and O on CD12 with trigger. Never tried without trigger.

This month, sono on CD9 showed 2 16-18mm follies. OPK got darker but never peaked. Sono on CD12 showed no follies. B/w showed I didn't O.

They want me to continue OPK and come in if it peaks and to come in for another sono no matter what next wed.

Any clue as to what is going on?

this might be a dumb question, but how can follicles disappear if you didn't O? is it possible that you don't O on your own (without the trigger)?

I've always Od on my own without trigger. I feel it. It also matches with the opk peak.

Could all these meds have messed me up!?!
