SHHHHH!!! Don't tell my DH...
I turned the heat on for the first time this season..He wanted to wait until Nov 1st at least! I was going along with it but this morning it was SOOOOOO cold in the house (The thing read 60 degrees) I couldnt get warm! and didnt want to move off my couch with a heavy blanket!
I am going to turn it off when it reaches upper 60's and he will never know

My body doesn't respond to the calendar, so I never worry about what number the calendar says it is, I worry about what number the thermostat says!
Hey, if we have a week of 30 degree temps in Sept, I'm putting the heat on!

We've been waiting to turn our heat on too. DH hasn't even taken the air conditioners out of the windows yet  But we're starting to feel the cold so the AC's will come out this week and the heat is going on!

I've had ours on several times already. I dont care what Dh says . If i am cold i am turning it on.

I am lucky that my dh does not care. If we are cold we turn it on. If we are hot we turn on the AC. Doesn't matter WHAT date of the year it is-lol.
