2 questions- PIO and estrogen patches related
Hey Girls!
I know someone can help me out. I have two questions:
1 - I'm on estogen patches. 3 every other day. One patch appears to be falling off - it's not sticking that well. I threw tape on it to hold it on for now. I'm due to put new ones tomorrow morning. Should I leave it with the tape or put a new on tonight?
2- I do PIO everynight around 7:30. I have a class from 4-9:30 on Wednesday and Friday. I really don't want to do it in the bathroom. Is it really bad if I do it a little late?it would be two hours late Or should I do it in the public restroom ewwwww?

1) I would just leave the patch on with tape, and change tomorrow night. I find that I really need to wash my stomach with soap and water for them to stick best.
2) The PIO can wait. It says on the instructions from Dr. B's office that all evening meds should be taken between 6-12 and are not time specific. I do mine at different times, depending on when I'm going to bed.
