Terminology Questions
Since I'm still new to this game, can someone help me out with what the following mean?

Kitchen: Combo
ETS: The Kitchen one I've only seen in reference to Condos/Co-ops, not houses.

the first line is something they always have to put in for condos (not sure about co-ops) and it refers to the fact that you have to abide by the bylaws for the development.
I assume a combo kitchen means that it is adjoined with another room. If it was eat-in I would figure they'd write "EIK". Not sure about that one though.
