The start of my journey - update
Had my first appt at IRMS (Reproductive Medicine at Saint Barnabas)
On Tues I have to go for an endometrial biopsy. My dr told me it will be uncomfortable, can anyone tell me anything about how this feels?
Then next week I have to go for an HSG. Again, she said the same thing, anyone?
After all the bloodwork and test results come back and DH goes for his bloodwork and SA we will start Clomid and then do an IUI.
Im excited and nervous at the same time.
**Appt moved to this Thrs. for the biopsy, will let you know how it goes. She gave me a valium to take an hr before to relax me. Hoping it helps a little.

Pop a few motrin an hour before the biopsy. It will be over quick. Good luck!

For me the biopsy hurt more than the HSG. Take 2 motrin before both procedures.

HSG is not too bad some pressure & cramping for me with no blockages...take a couple of motrin before and bring a panty liner...they give you a huge pad.

I had intense cramping when the doc was administering the ink, but it was over rather quickly. Make sure to bring a pantyliner/pad, sometimes the ink leaks out and can make a mess. Sorry, don't know about the biopsy. Good luck!!!
