Crispy Baked Potatoes
How do you make a baked potato so that the skin gets all crispy and perfect on the outside?!?

Bake it right on the rack (not wrapped in foil). You can also add a little olive oil, salt & pepper to the skin.

Yep - I do it this way, but I also use the Harry & David vegetable spice rub on it. Comes out nice and crispy!

425* for about an hour. Check it at about 45-50 minutes with a fork. If it's soft inside, it's done. If it's a little tough, then leave it in for another 10-15 minutes
BTW, this post has me absolutely craving baked potatoes...so happy I grabbed a couple at the store yesterday!
