Has anyone made Pioneer Woman's pot roast type recipes?
Was thinking about either trying her Perfect Pot Roast, her Beef Stew with Beer & Paprika or her Beer Braised beef with onions. All sound good. Any suggestions?

I just made the beef stew with beer and paprika last week. I'm not a big stew person so I'm probably not the best person to ask, but it was good! I didn't really get the beer OR paprika flavors to be honest - it just tasted like a regular stew, but it was yummy. The meat was really tender and fell off the bone.
