express theyre a little more than i would usually spend on leggings but they have some support to them and they dont fade.

Victorias Secret Daily leggings..they're great quality.
i just bought 3 pairs from target as well..they're $8, long leggings not capri length. very comfy too.
i have old navy ones but they dont hold up that well.

My fav. pair are from Express.....not see through, super black (haven't faded at all) and they don't collect lint etc...
