Herbs

I have some fresh herbs I need to use. I was hoping to find some ideas...I knew this was the right place.

I have rosemary and oregano (lots) and some chives, tyme and basil.

Chop some up and throw it in a salad (or salad dressing)

Chop it finely, add some olive oil to a chicken breast, coat it with the herbs and pan sear it (finish in the oven).

I always mix herbs - just add the ones you think smell good together
