Food or drink that doesn't agree with you?
What are the ones you need to stay away from?
For me, every time I drink sangria (even just one glass) I feel sick and wind up with stomach issues.
It can be the wine bottle kind or homemade from a restaurant.
This doesn't really happen with red wine though so I am guessing it's the sweetness.
A friend served the kind from the bottle last night at a dinner party and I experienced this.

Most food one way or another upsets my stomach. If I stopped eating them, I would probably be a size two and dead. Everything from OJ, to toast bothers me. I just have a really crappy stomach and live on Pepcid. Always has been like this.
The killer, that I will NEVER touch, oil and garlic over anything, pasta, broccoli...i die within minutes of it touching my lips.

Funny you say this b/c DH and I tried it for our first time and both got sick later that night. It was from a restaurant. We havent tried it again b/c of how sick we got.

Very oily/fatty foods - hollandaise and bernaise sauce especially. I can't have pasta or veggies in oil and garlic. And I'm actually allergic to rhubarb

White wine tends to really bother me, I have trouble sleeping and get awful headaches.
Also, homemade chocolate chip cookies . All the butter gives me the worst heartburn.

So many foods bother me these days it's hard to know everything. For starters I am Lactose Intolerant so most dairy bothers me. Any food fatty or greasy bothers me. Most red meat bothers me.
I do still eat everything in moderation, take pills, and deal with the after effects!

All of them give me heartburn and repeat on me so bad that I want to just cry.

I can't digest garlic. It does awful things to my stomach if I eat it (which is bad with an Italian MIL). Onions also repeat on me really bad so I try to avoid them.
I am also Lactose Intolerant but love dairy and I just eat it and deal with the effects afterwards.
