Recommendations for anniversary dinner within 20 minutes driving distance of Bayside
We're going to go out next Saturday for our anniversary and my sister is coming over to watch DD. Actually, she'll be sleeping by then and we've never left our house while she's been sleeping - she's slept over my mom's but never had someone watch her here. We want to go somewhere close so if she wakes up sceaming we can get home quickly. Can be super expensive - we never get out so this is our big opportunity! Thanks!

Have you been to Uncle Jack's? That was our go-to special occasion place. We actually were going to get engaged there, but DH proposed right at my front door  so we ate there after. LOVE THEIR FOOD!

Yes love this place. Also in Great Neck there is PEter a
Lugers, Mortons, Burton & Doyle.

Valentino's on the Green on the Cross Island in Bayside (used to be Caffe on the Green). SOOOOO good...really recommend.
Also, I like Trattoria 35 and of course, like the others have said Uncle Jack's is always great!!

-The new Donovan's off Bell
-Louie's in Port Washington (My parents LOVE this place and go there a lot and live in Bayside)
-Luigi's or Tavern 18 - they are right next to each other on Union Turnpike right around Queens/Nassau Border
