Hormones or Legitimate
I'm having a hard time trying to distinguish between the two when it comes to my BF and the situation. I posted a while ago that I felt pressured to tell her we are expecting bc she always told me right away with her 3 but, I don't trust her not to spill the beans.
Anyway, she has been thru my TTC journey and pressured me to seek a specialist and I've kept her up to date. DH had a SA and it came back good so I was scheduled for an HSG on 10/12. I told her this date bc it was the day after my 8w sono and I thought I would tell her the good news then.
Well, she has yet to ask me how it went. In her defense she has other things going on in her life...she is in the process of looking for a new home and she is a FT working Mom BUT, something like this was important to me and I think she should remember so am I overreacting?

She has her own life and may not want to be overbearing about asking you since it's such a sensitive topic.

Maybe she doesn't want to ask in case it wasn't good news. She might figure you would bring it up if you wanted to talk about it.

I agree with the PP's. I think she just does not want want to bring it up just in case the news was not good. She probably assumes that if the news was good you would have told her by now.

This! It also sounds like she has a full plate, I would cut her some slack.

this again she probably doesnt want to come out and ask you. She is probably waiting for you to tell her the outcome.

Hormmones. I also think that sometimes we are so wrapped up in our own lives that what we think is important is not the first thing others think of.

She really might be scared to ask. I've done this a few times with good friends, where I'm supportive and know what they are going to but really won't ask in case something crazy is going on and the person is not ready to talk about it. I usually let the friend take the lead, but it doesn't mean I'm not worrying about/praying for them!
