what would you do
so some of you know the situation with my current RE... im looking to change to ecf b/c of everyything plus my dh does NOT want me ever to go back there..
the problem is im finally supposed to start my inejctions for first IVF on Monday so if i go to another RE i would have to wait again...
so if you hated the place your at.. and your DH pretty much refuses to have anything to do with it BUT you really want to do this round of IVF.. would you continue with the place you hate or swicth and lose another month or two????

i don't know, after all you've been through, i'd probably go to the other place and wait a month.. and do IVF with a doc i'm more comfortable with... thats JMO though...

I don't know what issues you had/have with yiur current Dr office but if I were you I would probably switch as much as I wouldn't like to waste anymore time. Ivf for me, was a stressful and emotional time. I could not imagine going through that and not having trust or faith in my dr's. If you think they may stress you out I would probably wait.
Good Luck with whatever you decide. I am sorry for whatever troubles you are having with your current place. As if infertility isn't stressful enough!

If my DH is not comfortable with a place then it makes me stressed out. You don't want to be stressed out at all during this process. If I were you take a month off, find a new place that both of you like and then start again. I had an issue with ECF too and ended up leaving, in fact I ended up seeing 4 doctors to finally feel comfortable and end up pregnant.

If you do not like the place and DH refuses to go there...I think you already answered your question. We all want to rush to get pregnant but I would not start an IVF cycle with a clinic you don't like. If it doesn't work, you'll kick yourself that you didn't switch and if it does work, you are stuck with them for a while.
Though I have switched clinics more times than anyone should...I'm on my 4th (you could almost say 5th, but I decided not to cycle at #5 and went back to #4), for different reasons. It will cost you a little bit of time, but hopefully worth it in the end. In the grand scheme of life 1 or 2 months will not make a difference.

I'd switch and wait a month. As someone else said, if you stay with your current doc and it doesn't work you'll be kicking yourself that you didn't wait. Also, if your DH is not happy with the current doc, that may cause you undue stress. IVF is stressful enough, you don't need the added stress.
