I have one that DH hates because it's oversize. Kinda something mary kate and ashley would wear in their too big for them clothing days  I'm hoping I can just wear that one this winter since it has a good amount of room. I really don't want to buy a maternity coat...coats are so expensive as it is

that's what a lot of women tell me too. They just wore their old coats unbuttoned all winter and was always hot

I bought the black puffy jacket from Old Navy. It was really cheap and I can't see spending alot of $$ on a coast I will only wear for a few months.

I bought one for $50 from Destination Maternity last time I was PG. So I plan on using it for this one too. Its not the best looking jacket but it is super comfy and really warm.

I have lost weight since last winter so last winter's coat is big on me. It is possible that it will work for me this year with my preggo belly.
I also have a heavy maternity hoodie so far, to get me through until it gets super cold.
If I need to buy a jacket I will most likely go to Old Navy. The prices are right, I get coupons in my email, and I still have a gift card balance.

I bought a long puffy coat with a hood from Destination Maternity for $89. I bought a size medium. I feel like I need a coat bc I'm due the end of January so I will be pregnant the entire winter. I doubt I will be able to fit into my size small coats right after giving birth. I could probably get away with wearing this coat next year on really cold days too.

I got one from oldnavy.com. It's a maternity peacoat/military style. I got if $45ish, it was 30% off. It's cute too!

Which one was that? I was thinking of the regular peacoat.

I'm not sure yet. With DS, I was due in December so I wore one of DH's coats for a month or so (prior to that, I wore my regular coats unbuttoned).
I'm not sure what I'm going to do this time. I got a new long down coat last year that has a little extra room so I'm hoping that will work for a bit - I commute into NYC so I'm dreading standing on the platform and making my 10 minute walk when it's frigid!!!
All of the maternity coats though don't look warm enough for what I'm looking for.

I have two nice non-maternity dress (work) coats that I'm planning on using again this year but I can't button them -- I'll just wear a big scarf to keep my neck warm when I'm out.
When I'm out and about with the boys, I'll wear my big ski jacket from years ago -- it was from college, is bright purple but it'll fit, zip, and I don't care if it gets dirty.

I wouldn't need one but my fall jackets, don't really fit in the front, so I wear em open and wrap a huge scarf around me to cover the open part.

Im due Mid Dec so I dont want to invest in a coat and hoping that I dont have too.
I'll either wear a coat that I already own that is on the bigger side, open , or if the weather hasnt gotten TOO Bad by the time I deliver I have a heavy wool wrap that I'll use as a "coat".
