silly ? - why is the lvl II sono done at the hospital?
i had my NT done at the ob's. is the machine for a lvl II a better machine?  TIA!

mine wasn't done at the hospital, but it was done at a different facilty (madonna perinatal) whereas the NT was done at the OB's office.

probably has to do with how high tech your doc's machines are. For my other kids, my OB sent me somewhere else for my Level 2. Now he's got new equipment and he does it all in office.

I think it just depends on the practice. My old Dr sent me to madonna for the NT and the level II was at his office.
At my current practice, I am having all my sonos at madonna (because I see a perinatologist there for a blood clotting disorder). Otherwise, the level II would be at their office.

All my appts are at drs office. They have one of those level 11 machines in the office and a tech comes once a week.

Mine was at my OB's but then I also had to go to Madonna because the two times I went for my Level 2, my LO didn't flip.

My level II wasnt done at a hospital it was done right in my regular obgyns office. But i know alot of them are done off sight
