Anyone have a recipe to make Turkey Cutlets?

I have some and I really dont know what to do with them but treat them like a chicken cutlet and fry them up....but I rarely fry anything anymore so Im looking for something new.

I have not tried it, but I have been meaning to make stuffing (you could just used stove-top) and then stuff them, roll them and back them, then make gravy to serve them with

I have made these and they were great! It also gives recipes for 2 sides as well, but you could take or leave those...but the roll-ups were great!
