Is this normal?
Im almost 8 weeks and when going up stairs I cant catch my breathe. At work some nights I run the school and have to run aka walk fast to go back and forth to answer the phones, get the door, check on the classrooms.... I have to sit down and relax to catch it and today I started to get dizzy.

I am a runner... I used to run 3-5 miles a day. I ran several half-marathons. In the past few weeks (I'm 12 weeks today) I get out of breath for the littlest thing.... perfect example: holding my big teacher's manuals while teaching gets me out of breath! I'm not even moving, just standing in one spot but the weight of the book combined with talking gets me more out of breath than running 3 miles used to. It's ridiculous!!!!!

I had the same thing early on. I thought I was insane and thought this could not be bc of pregnancy. I did some research and found it has something to do with blood flow (not positive). For me, it never went away.

I'm almost 10 weeks. Am ok when I walk, but get out of breath the minute I have to take the stairs. I huff and puff everyday on the train platform!

I am out of breath after walking from my car to sign in at work since it includes two small staircases. It's embarrassing!

def normal. i used to be winded when i reached the top of the subway stairs. it got better in the 2nd tri and then worse again in the 3rd tri.
