New construction 55 and over communities
Does anyone know of any new 55 and over communities that are being built of future building of any? My parents are looking to buy something new. Looking for something in Suffolk. Thanks.

Courthouse Commons in Central Islip are new construction with 55+. So does Islip Landing. HTH!

Sayville commons, just south on Lakeland Ave. They are town houses and condos.
Then just a bit further down on Lakeland there is another one. Dont remember the name of that one.
