for those of you who have had sex?

I need your help. Tmi btw. I have not had sex since becoming preg but I have had o's as of this past week. Still in my first tri and though the doc says sexc is ok I am now worried I hurt the baby bc of the uterine contractions during o. Feeling nervous and guilty and I can't shake the feeling. Thoughts? Ty v much

I was told that sex does not hurt the baby so go for it (this of course coming for a woman who hasnt had sex in 3mths because of fear ) I think I'll be giving it up soon though

My RE & ob said its fine with both pregnancys, and I think sex is better pg . You won't hurt the baby. My dd turned out just fine and we dtd my whole pregnancy.

I've only "allowed" 3x total so far bc I'm still nervous even tho my dr (& everyone else's) says it's ok. I've been purposely avoiding the big O for fear of uterine contractions. Lol

As long as you aren't high risk then sex, orgasms and any way of getting them are fine. Toys included.

First trimester was not really happening bc i was on progesterone supp. so it was a mess down there and i really didn't have a desire.

Second trimester was the best. BD was good and there were no difficulties.

Now, third trimester has been close to non exsistent. Physically, it becomes harder and once my belly became much more noticeable DH felt weird about BD, especially bc we are having a girl. At almost 35 weeks, I'm not too excited about BD anymore.

Thanks girls. Bc of paranoia and progesterone still haven't had intercourse but did o doing othwe things lol. Just told dh intercouse ie penetration doesn't scare me but o's do. Is this just soo silly?

When I was pregnant with DD, we didn't have sex until I was about 16-17wks. This time around I wasn't as nervous, so since about 6wks. Honestly, it's WAY better pregnant! I think you are more sensitive! We actually have sex MORE when I am pregnant!

I can tell you that I "O" at least once or twice a week during and I am 30 weeks and baby is doing fine. In the beginning I was afraid too but as time went on I realized that it is ok.

We didn't the first trimester because of my morning sickness. I just didn't feel like it, with this pregnancy and with the last one. I'm out of my first trimester but the morning sickness isn't letting up so it's rare that we dtd. I don't want to puke on DH lol.

Unless your doctor has said otherwise, sexual activity during pregnancy is fine.

My doc asks me at every visit if I am active and god help me if I say no.
