Shane would of been Amelia if he was a girl. I still love the name, but it is becoming popular. Well, not Ameila so much but its nickname Mia. It was not popular at all when I had Shane.

That's funny, I never heard Mia as a nickname for Amelia only as it's own name. I know two Amelia's (one is 30, the other is 4) and I haven't heard either of them called Mia.
I still just love that name

Well funny thing is I heard the nickname from the movie princess Diaries. You know the one with Ann Hathaway. Her name was Ameila but everyone called her Mia. I don't know any Amelia's. My great great grandmother was Amelia. I know one Mia.

Looks like the front runners are Amelia and Lilianna. Just asked DH again last night and now he doesn't like Hannah anymore. He actually said he never liked it, but I thought he did. I guess I just liked it. I think Ava is out too.
DH really wants Lilianna, and I think I'm at a tie with either Amelia or Lilianna. Hard choice!!

I like Amelia and call her Mia... I know 2 girls who are that, One older one young little girl.... Mia is not popular but defiantly not as un common as it used to be...

I the name Hannah! I would love to be able to use it if we have a girl, but we already have a little girl in our family with the name, so it's not an option.
