I grew up in Sag Harbor.

Il Capuccino is my favorite restaurant--they are not super #$$$ though, but great food & nice atmosphere.There is also The Beacon which is on the water and a little bit more pricey & formal...American Hotel is very fancy & expensive. There is also Sen which is nice and you can sit outside, its on Main Street--lots of sushi & japanese food there...

any type of food- We are giving as a wedding gift a weekend in sag harbor at the american hotel and want to include dinners as well.

What a nice gift!

I think The Beacon might close in November for the season..but not sure...Il Capuccino is open year round. So is Sen

If they like Thai Food Phao is also really good.

Goldn Pear is also good for breakfast

I live in Sag Harbor -- here are some of our fav. places to go

New Paradise

southfork kitchen not in Sag but in Bridgehampton about a 10 min drive from American Hotel

Had dinner at American Hotel 2 times - once was great once service not so great.

For Breakfast def. either golden pear or LT Burger (they also have great lunch -- burgers are really good).

never been here it opened this past summer -- Page at 63 Main is located at 63 Main Street, Sag Harbor, 631-725-1810.
