Love my Tempurpedic pilllow. Warning... it is VERY firm for a few days until you can get it to soften up.

I change mine every couple of yrs or when they're no longer comfortable (fluffy).
The best pillows I've ever had I bought fro JCP and they are posturepedic.

We get new ones every year from Costco or BJ's...not sure of the brand.

Ours get replaced once they start to loose their firmness and they become like mush.
I like the charter club brand and DH likes the hotel collection brand from macys.
