help - shoe color
i have a wedding this weekend and bought a deep purple, almost amethyst color dress.
I ordered gold shoes from Zappos but just found a really cute pair of silver shoes at payless for a fraction of the price (like $80 less)...
is silver OK with this color purple or should I stick with gold?

I wore silver (though it was a darker silver- more platinum) with my purple dress for a wedding and it looked awesome! I say go for it!

I wore that to my cousin's wedding a number of years ago. Deep purple dress and silver/pewter shoes. I think it's a great combo!
