AB+ and antibody in the blood

My OB called me yesterday, she said all the blood work came back normal, the only thing they found was antibody. She said looking at my records I had this with my first pregnancy too (I had no idea, first I hear of it)
She says it's "most likely it's nothing, don't even worry about it " and they'll check it again next visit, but I am a bit worried .
Anyone else have this or had this?

crashing here.. you should find out what kind of antibody it is. Just being told its an antibody is too vague.

I agree...definitely find out what type of antibody it is. In my first pregnancy my bloodwork came back with a false positive for an antibody. When I went to a high risk doctor they did more bloodtests and it was determined it was for an autoimmune deficiency disorder but because it tested as that false positive, they weren't concerned and I didn't have to see the high risk guy for the rest of my pregnancy. With this pregnancy, my bloodwork came back clean. Go figure.
