All I can stomach
are bagels! I'm going to 15 weeks tomorrow and the morning sickness and food aversions are still so bad. I look in the fridge and just cringe at everything that is in there.

for the longest time all I ate was spaghetti.
I had mentioned this to the nurse at my doctor's office and she told me it was fine, what ever you can keep down. Carbs help with nauseau (SP?)
