Round Ligament Pain
I'm only 11 weeks right now, but I have it so bad that I can barely walk. When I put my left foot down I get a very sharp shooting pain through my pelvis. Does anyone have any tips on how to stretch it out or something? (I'm googling this next)
I'm working late tonight, no one knows I'm pg yet & if someone needs me to get up to do something I'm in trouble

For anyone else suffering from this, the Hip Hiker exercise just helped me tremendously! I couldn't do it for 30 secs so I rested my foot on something to keep it up and I can walk now! HTH someone else
