when is it ok to start giving scrambled eggs? and if you give pancakes can you use syrup or jelly on them? I want to start giving spencer real people food and he is just turning 9 months on the 10th.

Re: i forget
I think you would have had tried the yolks first, and if that went OK, the scrambled should be fine.
My doctor said I must start eggs between 9-12 mos. (because of a 12 month shot containing egg) DD is just about 11 mos. and she loves scrambled eggs!

We waited until Caiden was a year. That's what our pediatrician said to do.

Re: i forget
Our doctor told us it was fine at 9 months for whole egg. I first tried them at 10 months.
I never asked about syrup. She's had stuff with syrup on occasion from probably about 7 or 8 months. I know you're supposed to wait on peanut butter and things with honey until 2 (I think, not positive).
