Gas Burner & HWH Contract question
I have to start calling around for a new contract for our burner and hot water heater. I let it lapse last year but want it in place for the winter.
Can you please tell me who your contract is with and approximately how much you pay yearly?

what kind of contract? you should not need a contact with gas...there is no maintanance with a gas burner like with oil. Don't waste your money!!

I work for an HVAC company. The price depends on the equipment you have in your home.

Yeah I used their website prices one year to get Keyspan to lower our price.
The contract covers year tune ups (which I realize isnt as involved as with oil) and repairs. Our units are not new and we actually did have to make a repari to the HWH this summer on our own, luckily my dad is a former plumber and was able to do the repair.

WHat type of info do you need? Brands, # of zones, etc I really dont know much about it so I need to gather any necessary info prior to making the call.
