We did. We changed it a couple of years ago, sorry I don't remember the price, but we used Raynor Garage Doors and search under the dealer locator.

We had this done last year around this time.
We paid about $200 per door to have Lowe's install them (plus the price of the opener). They provide any/all additional equipment needed.
I especially liked that they offered evening and weekend appointments.

We got a 2 car garage door opener - the liftmater - for $335. That price includes installation. Works great so far! I would just call a garage door specialist, nevermind the big box stores, to get the product and installation together.
