Bella Vita -- St. James -- OUT of business??
My husband and I were shocked and really sad to see that Bella Vita was all closed up with big FOR RENT signs in the windows.... It was one of our favorite places, such great food, and I can't figure how a place with such great food goes out and places with such crappy food stays in biz!
Does anyone know what happened?! I'm shocked - they always looked pretty busy and because the food was so good I'm just surprised. There was no sign saying they moved or anything.
I guess I'm in denial that they're gone for good

We'd like to thank our loyal customers for 15 Great Years! Due to Economic Circumstances out of our control, we were forced to close the Restaurant as of Sunday, September 18Th.
Please stay a fan of our page, so you can stay connected with us. My plan is to resurface in the neighboring areas and reinvent a whole new concept. Once I know you will know, when and where we've opening?

DH and I had been there a few times. Food was always good and they place was always packed. We celebrated our first Valentine's day there (when we were dating). What a shame.

My SIL is so bummed. She was going to book her rehearsal dinner there. We all had ours there so far (three of us) and we eat there all the time. My IL's always get us a GC there for Christmas. I think they took a huge hit with that other place they built next to it that folded pretty quickly.
I LOVED the Chopped Salad. So sad!!

landlord wanted to raise their rent by 4k a month!
they closed and are looking for a new location to reopen.
