Butternut Squash Fries
Got my Crinkle Cutter out and make "french fries" with my butternut squash .... put them on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and sprinkled with sea salt
Cooked for 20 min at 450
flipped so they didn't burn
cooked another 20 min
and the result AMAZING
everyone loved them ....... if you love sweet potatoes this is for you
Let me know if you try it out

I just did this tonite!!
 delicious especially paired with apple chicken sausage - the sweetness of each really compliment each other!

Another nice twist is to sprinkle some rosemary on them, then when done drizzle a little honey & sea salt & toss!
My favorite!!!!
