I know someone who paid that much for a 2 bedroom... small... oh, so small cottage in Fort Salonga.
No matter what the cosmetic condition, for that price, I'd snatch that up if I could.

ok, perhaps i am crazy but they changed the house pic. nonetheless, still an AWESOME deal. listed as mint, so it can't be that bad.
ETS: the pic WAS changed. here is the orginal house that was listed. could you imagine?

speaking of fort salonga....has anyone looked at the house with 2.29 acres? they dropped the price from 629 to 599...wonder what the guy paid for it back in '85...and how much more it might drop. The land cannot be subdivided.
