OK ladies - thinking caps on!
I need a quick, easy, dinner idea. I do not want to have to go shopping so I need to use things I have in the house.
No real criteria....and can be meatless as the only meat i have is frozen, so meatless it would actually have to be LOL!

Easy Fish Cakes
Two cans of tuna (drained) (I like the premium one in gold can but you can use whatever) ¼ cup chopped onion 1 egg ¼ cup bread crumb
Combine all of the above; form into patties and fry in olive oil until browned on both sides. Serve with french fries and broccoli.

Breakfast !
I do that when I don't feel like cooking. Whatever Omelets (whatever I have on hand to mix in) Bacon or sausage or ham Hash browns or fried potatoes Fruit for dessert
We also do grilled cheese sandwiches with a veggie salad or soup.

I do have cheese & bread, so grilled cheese would totally work!

They are! And they're done in like five minutes! Then I'm ticked because I have to wait for the french fries!

I like the fish cakes idea! I might steal it for tonight's dinner because I am not in the mood to cook anything major and have no meat thawed for the grill.
