I took these and then switched to Expecta for the DHA because the One a day is a fish based DHA.
Then I switched to presciption ones cause its an all in one and small.

A lot of people try to avoid fish based DHA to limit the amount of mercury they take in. I'd ask your doctor about it if you're concerned.

Spring Valley Prenatal. I think I get them at Walmart. Haven't had any nausea or constipation issues from them.

I used to take One A Day but I got HORRIBLE fishy burps from the DHA pill bc its fish-based. It was as if I bit the head off a cod fish. Soooooo nastyyyyy!!!
I switched the the Rainbow Light ones (ordered from amazon) & then finally to a prescription one called prenexa that has plant-based DHA & a stool softener!!!!  (Never thought I'd see the day where I was excited about a stool softener!!!! LOL)
