EmblemHealth?

Frustrated. One day I had Hip Prime. Now they call themselves EmblemHealth. Then Since I've been pregnant something called CareCore National has been calling and giving me authorization numbers I do not need and always sending home mail. I'm told everything for pregnancy is covered with no copays except for hospital day of. but my level two had a co-pay and the AFP test (which was nothing but a headache) was $80! I didn't know until it came in the mail...I didn't even know I was taking AFP until the results came back elevated. Then we changed primary drs and no longer need to do referrals because Health Care Partners does it for us- we didn't sign up- don't know where they came from- this seems to be working in our favor but I am just so confused. And so overwhelmed with Care Core keep calling me almost daily and then again today about some free 24 hour nurse hotline because I am pregnant. I've been pregnant almost 6 months now- now they are offering this? They wanted to ask me questions about my health and pregnancy. I said no and asked for a website to f/u on about this FREE program ?? They give me a website but I can't seem to find it. www.maternal.com/healthybeginningspass ????? and gave me a number to call back. I already have doctors and nurses and hospital and classes to take. And I don't believe anything is free. I don't have time to read the website or the manual. I have way too much to do between home, two jobs, construction, and a baby on the way to understand these random changes with the insurance which overall I guess is working out fine. When I called HIP directly earlier in the year questoning this CareCore the rep didn't know what I was talking about???
I got a notice that a sonogram was denied and I would have to pay out of pocket but when Icalled dr office they said all is covered not to worry.

Anyone else experiencing this much confusion?

Is there a broker you can call?

If I ever have any questions - I call my insurance broker. They will then explain everything to me...
