Bumping because I made these tonight. Thanks for posting this link - I saved it and finally got around to making them.
I used the ghirardelli brownie mix and these are so freaking good. My family is going to be so happy but so mad at me

If you have made these...how is biting into a double stack? I feel like one would be enough?
Someone on LIW used to make a graham cracker crust...layer of pb and baked brownie on top.

I made them for NYE and wasnt really impressed......It was a lot to bite into especially for the little ones.....I think it may have been better if it was only 1 oreo instead of two.

When I make them again, I'm going to use just one double stuff oreo. Everyone liked them but my dad wanted more brownie and less oreo so I will go by his request!

Since two oreo cookies seem to be too much, maybe making them with one peanut butter oreo would do the trick!

I made these last night with 1 peanut butter oreo and 2 tbsp of brownie batter and HOLY YUM!!! Thanks for posting this
