ita! chop up some curly parsley, dice tomatoes and cucumbers very small then add fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and bulgur.
sorry i don't have any measurements, i usually eyeball everything.

I have a ton of recipes, tell me what you're looking for.
Off the top of my head, you can use it to make pilaf. Just replace the rice with the bulgar. Tabbouleh like the other ladies suggested. Tabbouleh
There's also another type called Eech that has a tomato base with diced peppers. Eech
You can use it almost like a rice ball. We stuff it with a chopped meat mixture. I'll try to find you decent recipes.
Here's one version (this one is more like mini meatballs):
Chi Kufte
Here's another one (#6), we serve this with plain yogurt on top. You can replace the ground lamb for ground beef or even turkey and it's still delish:
