how often do you eat?

I was eating every 2 hours or so but it's getting closer and closer together every day! I'm pretty much eating healthy foods and now my weight is creeping up. Whatever, but I was just wondering how often you guys get hungry?

I could snack every 2 hours or so also. I try to stay with healthy things. At work, I bring lots of fruit, carrot or celery sticks, yogurt etc.

I usually go about 3 hours before eating a snack. Yesterday at work I ate 2 lunches though!
I ate the lunch I brought, and was still famished so I went to Wendys and got chicken nuggets. My doctor will be so proud!

I WANT to eat every 2hrs because if I dont MS kicks my butt. I really try to eat every few hours but on average I'd say I eat every 4-5hrs or so.

I usually eat something about every 2 hours. I'm always hungry. I try to eat as healthy as possible too.

Whenever im hungry. During the work week i eatmy three meals and one glass of milk before or after dinner. On the weekends i eat whenever whihis like every three tofour hrs.

Every few hours. It def varies but I'd say every 2-3 hours. I tend to eat such crap tho!

i'm always eating... i don't go more than 5 minutes without chewing something or sucking on a chewable vitamin. but i'm able to find fruit that lets me draw out the snacking process if that makes sense. so dh will pre-cut apples, nectarines, cantaloupe and wash grapes then put them in little bowls so i can just grab and snack all day.

At work about every 3 hrs, when the kids eat I eat. At home not as much hr wise more in my helpings but, I know that will change real soon

3 times a day during the week with fruit or nuts in between for snacks and maybe 2 or 3 times on the weekend.

12 weeks tomorrow and so far only up 1 lb so really happy so far!!

About every 3 hours (small things) during work. Once I get home a snack and then dinner.

For a little more than the first half of this PG I was eating 3 meals with 2 snacks during the day then a snack after dinner. In the last 3 weeks or so I'm STARVING every hour and a half or so -- like empty stomach, feeling sick kind of hungry.

I eat small meals every 1.5-2 hours. I've been doing pretty well with the weight though.

every hour and a half. 2 hours is pushing it. If I don't eat that often I get lightheaded

I'm only 7 weeks, but I find that I'm getting sick to my stomach (almost like light MS) if I go more than 3 hours without eating. I'm trying to eat one breakfast, either fruit, nut or veggie as snack, then two mini lunches and another snack before I head home (another veggie or yogurt). I leave my house at 7:15 every morning and don't get home until 8 or so, so my lunch bag is quickly becoming a little suitcase of food!
